OpsFabric is operated by FLYING PENGUIN d.o.o., Osjecka 5B, 21000 Split, Croatia. When we say "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Flying Penguin.
What data we collect
Website visitors
When you visit opsfabric.io, we collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, referral source, browser type, and approximate location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you and to follow up on your request.
Platform users
When you use the OpsFabric platform, we collect:
- Account information (name, email address, organization)
- Host inventory data (hostnames, IP addresses, OS versions, installed packages)
- Patch and compliance data (update status, CVE mappings, job history)
- Audit logs (user actions within the platform)
All platform data is tenant-isolated. Your data is never shared with or visible to other tenants.
For self-hosted installations, all data remains entirely on your infrastructure. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any data from self-hosted deployments.
How we use your data
We use collected data to:
- Provide and operate the OpsFabric platform
- Send you access credentials, service notices and product updates (email)
- Improve our website and platform based on usage patterns
- Generate compliance and audit reports for your organization
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data storage and security
Platform data is stored in encrypted databases hosted within the EU by default, or in the US or Asia-Pacific if you request it. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Every customer runs on dedicated, single-tenant infrastructure with its own database, physically isolated from other customers. Cross-customer data access is not possible by design.
Data retention
Emails you send us, including any sign-ups to our former waiting list, are kept only as long as needed to respond and are deleted on request. Platform data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account termination, all tenant data is deleted within 30 days.
Cookies
This website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to understand website traffic. These are first-party cookies and do not track you across other websites. No advertising cookies are used.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Request data portability
